Danielle LaPlante is a US based visual artist and art educator. She received her BFA from Massachusetts College of Art and MFA from Columbia University. Danielle has exhibited in group shows in the US , abroad and online. She currently lives and works in Massachusetts with her two daughters, husband and dog named Larry. For over 20 years Danielle has been exploring the physical and ephemeral qualities of paper. First as a printmaker, and the last 10+ years with collage. Her recent works are an interplay of handmade and found paper and ephemera.
